Anamedia took a bakery tour of Busken a couple of week's ago with Yelp.
I have to confess, that I've never really bought Busken in the past. It's not that I didn't like them, it just wasn't something my family bought growing up, and it seems that it carried on into my adulthood. After this event, I have seen the light, Busken is awesome! I say that not only because the treats are amazing, but because of the atmosphere I encountered while touring the bakery.
First of all, the Busken family led all of the tours through the bakery, which was really nice. What really impressed me were the employees. They were so incredibly nice! I was all over the place; in their faces, asking them questions, crawling on the floor, and they didn't even bat an eye. They just kept offering me different treats, and happily answered any questions I had. Two times I asked them to repeat a process for me so I could photograph it, and they happily did so!
You may not understand my giddiness over this, but I've photographed a few tours now, and they never go this smoothly. Usually, I tend to feel like I'm in the way, but here I felt like an honored guest.

Also, people with beards, had to wear a beard-net. I thought that was hilarious!
